Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
Patchico is built for teams who trust us with access to their code. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. It's written to be read.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details (name, email, organization), the repositories you explicitly connect, and operational metadata such as which providers you monitor and the pull requests we open.
Repository access
Access is granted through a scoped GitHub App on the repositories you choose. We read code to analyze it and write only to branches we create for your review. We never push to your default branch and never require broader access than the task at hand.
How we use your data
- To detect API changes and generate migrations for your code.
- To run validation and open pull requests you can review.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private source code to train shared or third-party models.
Data retention
Source code is processed in ephemeral, isolated environments and is not retained after a task completes. Account and operational data is kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time, and you can revoke repository access instantly from GitHub. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
