Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of Patchico. By connecting a repository or creating an account, you agree to them.
Using the service
You may use Patchico to monitor APIs and automate maintenance on repositories you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
Pull requests & your code
Patchico proposes changes as pull requests for your review. You remain in control: nothing merges without your approval unless you explicitly enable auto-merge for specific change classes. You are responsible for reviewing and merging changes into your codebase.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to access repositories without authorization.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- Don’t use Patchico for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” While we validate every change against your tests before opening a pull request, you are responsible for reviewing changes before they reach production.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patchico is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll post the updated date here and, for material changes, notify you directly.
